(Internal Only) Maintenance Service Team Leader

This is an internal position for BRBH applicants only.

The Maintenance Service Team Leader oversees daily maintenance operations of company facilities and fleet vehicles. This role ensures all buildings, grounds, and vehicles are safe, operational, and maintained to the highest standards. The Team Leader coordinates maintenance staff, manages preventative maintenance schedules, supports compliance with safety and environmental standards, and ensures efficient resource utilization.

Hiring Range: $25.-$26.50/hour

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required with courses of Vocational training equivalent to Journeyman Trade level education.
  • Experience: Journeyman skill level with two (2) years' experience in a minimum of one (t) trade: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or carpentry, and four (4) years' experience in general commercial facility maintenance.
  • Licensure/Certifications:
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
  • Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients and driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.
