Network Administrator

Join a high performing team! BRBH is looking for a Network Administrator to lead the operation of the network. Our goal is to ensure our employees in multiple buildings can connect to agency resources. This is a hands-on technical position supporting 24/7 operations.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
  • Oversees network systems, servers, endpoints, and applications across both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Implements and supports identity and access management, application and data management, endpoint management, infrastructure management, and network services such as DNS and DHCP.
  • The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to support organizational goals while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Preferred experience: Microsoft365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra), Single Sign on, MFA, backup management, certificates management, Meraki (security appliances, switches, access points), email protection (Barracuda), VOIP, security patching, security awareness, network monitoring, PowerShell, print management.
  • License/Certifications: Microsoft, security, and network certifications a plus.
  • Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal violations in the last five years).
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
