The program's goal is to engage parents in needed services and improve outcomes for newborns and families. Project LINK provides targeted, trauma-informed treatment opportunities for women who are using substances, offering case management, connections to community and clinical providers, and specialized programming designed to reduce barriers to treatment and recovery.
As a Project LINK Case Manager, you will:
- Provide trauma-informed case management and care coordination.
- Support women in accessing behavioral health, medical, and community-based services.
- Co-facilitate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) groups.
- Pursue supervision toward the Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) credential.

Starting Pay Rate: 20.08/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an acceptable human services field, or a bachelor's degree in another field with at least 90 hours of human services field classwork
- Experience preferred: One year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorder, or with co-occurring diagnoses of substance use disorder and mental illness
- Licensure/Certifications: Eligible for supervision as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
- Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have an unrestricted driver's license and a good driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
- Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
