The Supportive Housing Manager leads collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals while overseeing a supportive housing team's provision of affordable housing solutions for individuals with mental illness. Ensures adherence to legal standards and offers guidance to staff through training, supervision, and disciplinary actions as needed. This position is full time and is grant funded. 

Hiring Range: $60,000-$75,000/annually

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree that meets requirements to register for QMHP preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three years' clinical experience working in the human services field. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred.
• Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients and driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.
