The School-Based Prevention Supervisor provides direct oversight to prevention staff and ensures the effective implementation of prevention programs across all BRBH catchment areas. This role involves fostering and managing school-community partnerships and utilizing data to improve outcomes. This role includes grant writing, data collection and analysis, creating reports, managing budgets and grants, conducting needs assessments, and developing and implementing prevention initiatives and strategies

Hiring Range: $49,222-$62,000/annually

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree or an equivalent level of relevant experience required.
• Experience: Three (3) years of experience in prevention required with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients and driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.
