(Internal Only) Supervisor, Access Specialists

This position is for BRBH internal employees only.

The Access Specialist Supervisor leads the team of Access Specialists in providing excellent customer service as the first line of communication between BRBH clients and agency service providers in multiple locations. The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating services at the front desk with client check-in, screening and registering new clients, resolving client account issues, coaching and mentoring staff, and ensuring staff coverage.

Hiring Range: $44,747.82-$55,934.77/annually

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in business-related coursework preferred.
  • Experience: One year (1) experience working with diverse client population including individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, serious mental illness, and/or substance abuse programs. One-year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients or driving an agency vehicle. Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
