Do you have a passion for helping those in recovery from substance abuse? This Case Manager position provides services for clients in the local jails who are struggling with an Opioid Use Disorder or Alcohol Use Disorder who may benefit from participation in Medicated-Assisted Treatment (MAT). The Case Manager educates inmates about MAT services and helps them begin the medication before leaving the jail as well as during the transition back into the community. This position is funded by the Medicated-Assisted Treatment Grant.
The schedule for this position is 8 hour days five days a week. It is a daytime position with the ability to flex time.
Entry Level Pay: $20.08/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of available community resources and the criminal justice system and will be comfortable working both independently in a controlled environment and as an integral part of a team.
