Position Summary/Responsibilities
Therapists in our Children's Outpatient Counseling Program provide therapy to clients under the age of 18 to help them reach their treatment goals and objectives. Interventions include collaboration with family members, guardians, and others as appropriate for treatment. Therapists use many modalities including various forms of play therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and Theraplay. Additionally, reoccurring training opportunities are provided by the Agency for these and other treatment modalities.
What we are looking for: Suited candidates will have past work and/or practicum/internship experience with children, adolescents and families in an outpatient therapy setting. Successful candidates must be able to think outside of the box, act as a team player, flexible, and most importantly must have a good sense of humor.
Hiring Range:
The anticipated base salary for the Therapist position is $51,630.81 to $55,940.32. The anticipated salary for the Licensed Therapist position is $66,627.61 to $70,937.12. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations. We kindly ask that candidates do not discuss compensation until after an offer of employment is extended.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee regularly is required to stand, walk, sit, use of hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and reach with arms and hands. The employee frequently lifts and or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
