Position Summary/Responsibilities
The Case Management & Support Services Manager will oversee the delivery of case management and supportive services to incarcerated individuals and those with a history of incarceration who are struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our goal is to help clients develop the skills and resources they need to successfully reintegrate into the community upon release.
Hiring Range
The anticipated base salary for this position is $59,559 to $62,878. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations. We kindly ask that candidates do not discuss compensation until after an offer of employment is extended.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) years' experience working with adults diagnosed with a substance use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Licensure/Certifications: QMHP- A preferred, CSAC or CSAC Supervisee preferred.
- Background Check: Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.
- Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients or driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.
Special Work Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations and facilitate meetings. The employee must also be able to communicate effectively in writing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will often sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above their head. There is use of hands at the computer and driving. The employee frequently lifts and or carries up to 25 pounds and pushes or pulls up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (computer). Specific hearing required by this job includes normal tones. Travel up to 5%. Travel is local.
