Are you an experienced case manager wanting to contribute in a leadership role?

The Supervisor of DD and MH Care Coordination provides support to the Director of DD and MH Care Coordination for the daily operations of case management services to assist children and adolescents who may be or at risk of a serious emotional disturbance (SED) or developmental disability. In addition this position assists with training, monitoring and supporting staff in their performance of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination and management of daily operations
• Maintaining and fostering community relations
• Evaluation and assignment of case referrals
• Monitoring caseloads
• Reviewing staff documentation for quality assurance
• Assisting staff with FAPT case preparation and presentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: At least two years of experience working with children and/or youth with SED, or are at-risk of SED and/or developmental disabilities, and their families.
• Licensure/Certifications: QMHP preferred.
• Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients or driving an agency vehicle. Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
• Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
