Supervisor, Centralized Support Services

The Centralized Support Services Supervisor oversees the client services specialists responsible for centralized scheduling and administrative support across multiple agency locations. This role ensures that office operations, client scheduling, and clerical functions run efficiently and accurately to support clinical and supervisory teams. The position also maintains quality assurance for scheduling practices, facilitates cross-training for coverage, and promotes effective communication and customer service throughout the agency. The schedule for this position is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with one hour lunch, Monday - Friday.

The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling process, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, communicating status of appointments by providing reports to staff, reviewing reports to ensure thorough data entry, coaching and mentoring staff, scheduling staff, ensuring staff coverage and training staff on scheduling and administrative duties throughout the agency.

What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, flexible, and have strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will enjoy assisting individuals who may have mental illness or developmental disabilities and be able to lead others to work well under pressure.

Hiring Range: $44,747.82-$55,934.77/annually 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience. Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience is required. Experience with scheduling systems and knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality standards preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to complete a background check and drug screen.
