The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) plays a critical role in driving the people strategy for assigned business units, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic and tactical HR support in support of the organization's objectives, and provides mentorship and direction to junior members of the HR Business Partner team. Other duties include:

• Build trusted relationships with leadership
• Develop and execute people strategies
• Leverage data and analytics to assist in the formulation of solutions to organizational challenges
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive business results, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $65,515.28-$98,272.92/annually

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's preferred.
• Experience: Five (5) plus years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role.
• Licenses/Certifications: Human Resources certification such as SPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.
• Background: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
