A growing adult outpatient counseling services program is seeking a licensed (LPC or LCSW) manager! Additional supervisory support is needed as the program grows in staff and expands its services to treat individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

The Manager, Outpatient Counseling Services provides administrative and clinical supervision to licensed staff and Master's Level Therapists in licensure supervision for LPC or LCSW. The Manager provides leadership for processes, scheduling, crisis intervention, and general operations of the program.

The schedule for this position is 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday - with occasional evenings needed. No weekends!

Pay Range: $59,559.34-$89,339.02/annually

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in a human services field that fulfills the criteria for eligibility for professional licensure as a professional counselor or clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Experience: Minimum two (2) years clinical experience which includes attainment of licensure. Eligible to provide board approved clinical supervision for licensed-type individuals after 2 years licensure. Managerial experience is a plus.
• Licensure/Certification: Licensed in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.
• Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal violations in the last five years).
• Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
