Do you have experience managing, designing, developing, and/or coordinating training programs?

The Learning and Development Coordinator is a hybrid role that combines responsibilities in Learning and Development (L&D), new hire employee experience including orientation and onboarding, training coordination, instructional design, LMS administration, and monitoring compliance and recordkeeping. This position is critical in ensuring employee growth, compliance with clinical licensure requirements, seamless coordination of training initiatives, maintaining employee training records, developing and implementing annual training and certification renewal strategy, engaging in Continuous Quality Information and Total Quality Management to streamline processes, improving regulatory compliance, increasing staff satisfaction, and providing additional trainings as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in L&D, have experience with compliance standards, and be highly organized in managing licensure and certification records.

Pay Range: $49,222.60-$73,833.90/annually

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education/work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in learning and development, compliance, instructional design, LMS administration, or related roles.
• Background: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
