The Manager leads teams of support staff at multiple locations in providing excellent internal and external customer service. The Manager oversees Centralized Support Services, which includes the Centralized Support Services, Access Specialists, and Executive Office Coordinator.
The Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients have a positive experience with efficient support points of contact. The Manager coordinates with clinical program leaders to ensure support team functions are effective and meet staff and client needs. The Manager also coordinates the process of agency vehicle insurance claims.

They will be able to implement efficient practices in the flow of clients in a healthcare setting.
Hiring Range: $59,559-$64,688/annually
