Human Resources Business Partner

Pay Range: $49,222.60-$73,833.90/annually

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in contributing to organization performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organizational development strategies in support of the organization's objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can build trusted relationships with leadership, develop, and execute people strategies, leverage data and analytics to assist in the formulation of solutions to organizational challenges, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. The HRBP will function as a consultant to business leaders while driving key initiatives in talent management, talent development (including succession planning), organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, total rewards, and change management. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining supportive relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an advocate for employees. Responsibilities include policy interpretation and application, employee relations, employee performance, compensation consultation, and HR systems guidance. Additional responsibilities include organizational design, employee development initiatives and training.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-3 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Human Resources certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, etc. preferred.
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
  • Safe driving record: This position requires transporting clients and driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.
