Clinical Services Manager (Forensic/Jail Services)

Master's degree and one year of clinical experience required.

We are seeking Clinical Services Manager in our Forensic/Jail Services Team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of specialized services to incarcerated individuals and those with a history of incarceration who are struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our goal is to help clients develop the skills and resources they need to successfully reintegrate into the community upon release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Collaborate with the Forensic Services Director to design and implement evidence-based jail services programs.
  • Supervision: Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to a team of therapists, clinicians, and peer recovery specialists.
  • Crisis Management: Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
  • Coverage Scheduling: Develop and implement a staff coverage schedule to ensure consistent and adequate support for clients.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with local jails and community partners to facilitate referrals and coordinate services.
  • Pay Range: $59,500-$72,000/annually, depending on license and experience.

Qualifications:

  • License Requirement: Eligible to register for supervision for licensure as a professional counselor (LPC) or clinical social worker (LCSW) in Virginia. Being licensed is a plus and will result in a higher pay rate.
  • Experience: One year of clinical experience is required. Supervisory experience is a plus!
  • Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal violations in the last five years).
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
