Budget & Finance Administrator

Our Budget & Finance Administrator is the subject matter expert in the allocation and analysis of agency resources. They are critical in providing decision support to the executive team. They prepare the annual agency wide budget and provide ongoing analysis and monitoring on the budget.

Pay Range: $49,222.60-$73,833.90

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Review monthly reports to ensure allocated funds are spent as specified
  • Review contractual agreements and grant applications
  • Assist with agency space utilization, property lease agreements, and risk management for facilities, vehicles, and malpractice coverage
  • Manage day-to-day functions of program budgets including cost benefit analysis, monitoring program expenses and adherence to spending guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements
  • Develop program budgets, working closely with management teams
  • Evaluate performance compared to budget
  • Provide accurate budget information for leadership

This position directly supports management teams and agency leadership to ensure that we are using our resources wisely, within any set limits, and we are able as an agency to continue providing critical behavioral health services to the community. Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience in budget and finance development and analysis.
  • Experience: Three (3) years' work experience in budget development and analysis leading to assisting organization/agency in the management of its financial resources is preferred with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and is required without a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a fingerprint background check.
