Access Specialist

The Access Specialist provides excellent customer service as the first line of communication between BRBH clients and agency service providers. They also screen and register new clients, update existing client demographics by collecting required client personal and financial information, facilitate client flow from front door to service provision, generate insurance reporting and verify client eligibility, and collect and post client fees.

The schedule for this position is 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch.

Pay Range: $16.71-$18.16/hour

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in business-related coursework preferred.
  • Experience: One (1) year experience working with diverse client population including individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, serious mental illness, and/or substance abuse programs preferred.
  • Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
